First Degree Reiki

Reiki 1 is taught over a 2 day period in which 4 initiations are given to the Reiki student. A reference manual and a certificate of First Degree Usui Reiki are provided at the end of the course.

There is no prerequisite for Reiki 1 and anyone of any age can learn it. It can be learned for self-healing or/and for giving healing to others. Reiki can be applied to any living thing like animals and plants as well as to any inanimate object.
