CASE NO.2 I had an appointment to go visit Mrs Janice Trachtman to meet her brother who came from the United States and whom I knew from before. Our appointment was at 9 in the evening of Tuesday 10:06:2003, but one hour before the appointment, I slipped on the stairs of a certain building due to slippery steps and I hit my forehead very badly on the wall. An unbelievably huge bump appeared instantaneously on my head, the size of an electric light bulb. As Janice's home was very near, I decided to keep the appointment first and then go to a hospital. When Janice and her brother saw me, they were very concerned. But Janice told me she would try to help me through Reiki. As I had the previous experience with my hand I let her try. It took her about 40 minutes. Her brother was completely astounded, because he saw that horrific bump literally melting away under the skilful ministrations of his sister.

On the following day, Janice phoned me to ask how I felt and I told her that it seemed to me that I was completely cured, and that the bump and bruising had disappeared. In the beginning, at the moment I hurt myself I thought that as on another similar occasion ten years ago, my injury would have lasted at least two months, and it then seemed a lesser injury than this time. Therefore, my conclusion was that the fact of the extremely swift healing this time was utterly extraordinary. (12/12/2003)
